Bridges by EPOCH at Westford hosts ‘Nutrition and Dementia’ presentation

Bridges by EPOCH will host the presentation, “Nutrition and Dementia,” on Thursday, March 27 at 12 p.m. Wellness Director Michelle Cormier, LPN, will explain how a healthy diet can reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s and slow the progression of the disease. Cormier will also identify foods that studies have shown help brain functioning. A light lunch will be served.
