#1. Congressional Candidate Jon Golnik... has announced that he has earned the endorsement of the Concord Town Republican Committee. This brings his total to three town party committee endorsements after earlier announcements from the

Golnik is facing Westford resident Tom Weaver for the right to face Niki Tsongas this fall for the new Massachusetts Third Congressional District seat, which includes Westford and 26 other towns.

#2. From July 9 to August 3... Students who are entering grades 6 – 9 in the fall of 2012 are welcome to enjoy a week exploring the many technical programs offered at .

Local residency is not required – so that area students are welcome to bring their friends who may be visiting for the summer.
