#3. More Congratulations... to Westford Police captain Joseph Roy (pictured). After 36 years, he retired from the force last week. We wish him the best of luck in the future and hope he still has time to drop by Westford Academy football games!

#4. Even More Congratulations... go out to the Westford Fire Department's Mark Valcourt, who was promoted from lieutenant to captain recently.

#5. Watercolor Basics at the Roudenbush... This class aims to provide structured, step-by-step instruction in the fundamental techniques of watercolor painting for beginners and students seeking a refresher course.  Two paintings will be accomplished  $102/$99 for residents  Jan. 9 to Feb. 13, 7 to 9 p.m.
