#2.  Today at the Library: It's the Nutcracker Suite!

#3.  Half-Staff Notice: The United States flag and the Commonwealth flag be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings effective immediately until sunset Friday, December 21, 2012 in honor of Senator Daniel K. Inouye who died Monday, December 17, 2012.

This gubernatorial order applies to:
1.  The main or administration building of each public institution of the Commonwealth, e.g. town and city halls
2.  Other state-owned or state-controlled buildings
3.  All state military installations

#5. 90 Day Weight Loss Challenge This weight loss program helps to identify the main reasons for weight gain and how to lose the extra weight safely, quickly, and permanently, with weekly educational classes to help participants stay on track. 

The challenge is based on the percentage of body weight lost. 

Cash prizes will be awarded to the participants who have lost the largest percentage of weight.  Jan. 16 to Apr. 10, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.  $78/$75 for residents.
