Our Team

Peter J. Nicosia Esq.  

A graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law and Plymouth State College, I joined this law firm (then known as Boudreau & Associates) as a Law Clerk in 1992. Simultaneously, I was serving as the Judicial Clerk for the Justices in the Massachusetts District Court system.  In 1994, I became an Associate Attorney with the firm. In 1997, I became Vice President and Minority Shareholder (under the prior name Boudreau & Nicosia, P.C.). In 1999, I became President and Sole Shareholder of this law firm. To date, I remain the full owner and Managing Attorney of the firm.
                            
The bulk of my personal practice is concentrated in complex state and federal civil litigation. My litigation practice emphasizes business litigation, personal injury litigation, real estate litigation and municipal litigation in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. My personal practice is also concentrated in all aspects of residential, commercial and condominium real estate as well as general corporate representation for small and large businesses.  My general corporate and real estate practice involves substantial transactional and municipal representation as well.

Lawrence M. Beane Esq.

Attorney Beane is also a graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1999. Mr. Beane had previously obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Westfield State College in 1987. Mr. Beane has been at the firm now for over a decade and is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
                             
 Prior to becoming admitted to the bar in 1999, Mr. Beane law clerked for Geary & Geary in Lowell, MA and Manzi & McCann in Lawrence, MA. Mr. Beane also obtained a substantial background in the business world prior to becoming an attorney.

Attorney Beane’s practice is also concentrated in civil litigation, business law and real estate law.  He regularly represents businesses and individuals in a wide array of civil litigation matters including personal injury, land use and business matters through trial.  Mr. Beane also counsels start up and ongoing business ventures both large and small.  Moreover, Mr. Beane provides buyer, seller and lender representation to a multitude of law firm clientele on residential and commercial real estate transactions. After a decade in the trenches, Attorney Beane is a very experienced and skilled attorney in the same fields of law Attorney Nicosia practices in. A sampling of his professional accomplishments today is very similar to that of Attorney Nicosia.

Mr. Beane partakes in the same Massachusetts based bar associations with Attorney Nicosia and is an authorized Title Insurance Agent with First American.  He is also involved in certain civic organizations in the City of Lowell, Massachusetts.


Nicholas W. Mason, Esquire

Nicholas W. Mason is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Attorney Mason is a graduate of Boston University Law School where he obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree. He is also an Undergraduate of the University of Hartford where he obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree Summa Cum Laude in Politics & Government.

Prior to joining Nicosia & Associates, Attorney Mason clerked for the Law Office of Roxana Marchosky, J. Miller & Associates, the Law Office of Janet Walsh and the Law Office of Anthony Rozzi.
Attorney Mason supports the firm's general practice primarily in litigation, business, real estate and municipal.
