POLL: Would You Buy Stony Brook Acres?
A sign went up indicating that the beloved Westford property was on sale Tuesday night.
Although it's been on the market for a few weeks, a sign went up earlier this week making it clear to all: is for sale.
The property is currently listed for $749,000, and according to town documents, it was purchased by David and Marie Sparks in April 2005 from East Boston Camps caretaker George Fletcher for $625,000.
