Hedeman of Cresa Boston Achieves LEED-GA Accreditation

Emily Hedeman, a resident of Westford and Associate at Cresa Boston, the headquarters of the nation’s largest tenant advisory firm, recently achieved Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Associate (LEED-GA) accreditation from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI).

In earning LEED-GA accreditation, Hedeman demonstrated that she possesses the knowledge and skill to understand and support green design, construction, and operations. This certification is highly valued in the commercial real estate industry, as sustainability and green building continue to be important considerations. 

Hedeman has been with Cresa Boston since 2013. Prior to Cresa, she worked as a Design & Development Associate at Southern Management in Baltimore, MD. She received her Master in Real Estate Development degree from the University of Maryland- College Park in 2012, and also completed the university’s B.S in Architecture program in 2010. In addition, she is affiliated with New England Women in Real Estate (NEWIRE), CoreNet Global, and the Urban Land Institute.
