For Dragonfly Farm, Westford Market is 'Win-Win'

If you're looking for fresh vegetables, you won't find a much better place for them than every Tuesday on Westford Town Common.

Each week vendors fill Town Common for the Farmers Market, which runs from 2:30-6:30 p.m.

Among the tents set up is Dragonfly Farms, which gives residents a chance to purchase a wide variety of produce grown locally.

Susan Ventura of Dragonfly Farms said the Farmers Market provides an ideal business setting for her farm, and her customers.

"We can reach out and sell directly to the customers," said Ventura. "They get fresher food because of it, and we get the full value for our vegetables. So it's basically a win-win for our customers and for us."
