Roads Closed in Westford for Road Race

Streets will be closed between 1:45 and 3:15 p.m. in town.

The 15th Annual Westford Road Race is this Sunday (May 4) so get ready not only to have a lot of fun but also for road closures. 
The Westford Police Department on May 1, issued an alert about road closures and detours during the race. Between 1:45 and 3:15 p.m., a number roads and streets will be inaccessible: Main, Depot, Hildreth, and Lincoln streets, as well as Forge Village, Graniteville, and Concord roads, as well as some secondary roads, will be closed. 
"Residents and commuters are encouraged to seek an alternate route during the above time frame," according to Capt. Mark Chambers of the Westford Police Department. "Police, Fire and Emergency Medical Services will not be disrupted by the road closures."
