Large crowds were expected at Nashoba Valley Ski Area this weekend for the annual Summerfest events. The turnout did not disappoint.
Residents from Westford and beyond poured through the gates to take in the music, food, and atmosphere of the Blues 'n' Brews and Pig 'n' Pepper events under sunny skies this weekend.
On Sunday during the Pig 'n' Pepper festival, music by local bands filled the air while barbecue could be smelled all the way through the grounds that also included a large number of vendors and games for children.
Money raised through the events, which were organized by Westford Rotary Club, will go to a variety of charities. Each of the selected beneficiaries will receive at least $2,500.
