Where can one sign the anti-automatic gas tax petition?

Does anyone know if there is a place in Westford to sign the petition to repeal the autmatic gas tax increase?
The courageous legislature and governor signed into law a gas tax that will automatically increase with the cost of living, thus saving them the trouble of debating and voting on the increase in taxes every year.  There is a petition to get an article on the ballot to repeal this nonsense.  THere is limited time to get the required signatures and, as to be expected, our fine state government is trying to make it as hard as possible.  Anyone know of a place in the area to sign the petition?
