Congratulations to Joseph N., Kush G. and Shawn A. for finishing 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the 2014 Westford Pack 102 Pinewood Derby.

Millions of Cub Scouts have been building their own cars and competing in Pinewood Derby events since 1953! At the heart of this event's success is the process itself - working with a parent or adult mentor to design, carve, paint, weigh, refine, and race the car. Westford Cub Scouts build confidence and take pride in their own growing skills and hard work.

Special thanks to Representative Jim Arciero for lending his support to the event, returning again this year as our Celebrity Judge, with the difficult challenge of helping choose the superlative awards (most Cub Scout Spirit; most Patriotic; most Creative; and more).

Thanks to all the racers who made this the most competitive Derby yet. Good luck to the winners heading to Regionals, and we look forward to seeing you all at next year's race.
