Local Residents Enjoy Verrill Farm Harvest Festival Benefiting Emerson Hospital

With the help of 70 community volunteers and 800 attendees, the seventh annual Harvest Festival hosted by Verrill Farm in Concord on Oct. 12 raised $15,000 for Emerson Hospital’s “coping kits” of therapeutic toys, which are distributed to pediatric patients by the hospital’s pediatric intervention team.

Pictured are Fitchburg resident Emma Lane, a nurse at Emerson Hospital, with her grandchildren, 8-year-old Nicholas Masterangelo of Dartmouth and 14-year-old Sean Ouellette of Littleton.
