1. The Family Health and Wellness Expo... is this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Emerson's Westford campus on the corner of Nixon and Littleton roads. (pictured)

It's hosted by Emerson Hospital in conjunction with the Westford Health Department and the Westford Police Department

2. Speaking of the Police Department.... they'll be at the Cornerstone Square Market Basket gathering non-perishable donations for the Westford Food Bank

4. Team Westford Is Getting Very Excited... why? Because they're getting very close to their $3,000 goal for this weekend's FARE walk and they need your help.
