Cloudy Skies, Free Admission to A History Museum & More For Westford

Five things to know for Friday in and around Westford.

1. For the Kids: J.V. Fletcher Library is having a summer book sale for children, teens and tweens from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Friday. Thousands of gently used hardcovers, paperbacks LPs, CDs and audiobooks will be fore sale at low prices. The sale is open to everyone, not just members.

2. Happening Today: Westford Package is holding a tasting for a few beers -- Hooker Ale, Woodchuck Pear, Boulevard Single Wide IPA and Newburyport Belgian Style -- from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday in their store.

3. Weather: According to the National Weather Service, Friday will be cloudy, with a high of 77 and a chance of showers.

4. Something to Do: The American Textile History Museum in Lowell is offering free admission all day Friday.
