Nashoba Valley Ski Area, located in Westford, Massachusetts, will host a variety of competitions, races, and a March meltdown perfect for all ages and skill levels.
Sunday, March 10, 2013, Nashoba Valley Ski Area will host the March Meltdown Pond Skim. This year the race participants are encouraged attempt to cross the pond in style on their skis or snowboards to impress the Nashoba Valley Ski Area judges. Following the competition, there will be a barbeque lunch, and lunch is free to those who wear the best pirate or naval costumes. This is a free event with a valid lift ticket.
