Want to try winemaking? Try our group winemaking class! This introduction to wine making enables each participant to be hands-on making four varieties of wine - two whites and two reds - and take home two of each. That's eight great bottles of wine you’ve made!
The winemaking class is divided into three sessions, each focusing on a different phase of the wine making processes and wine enjoyment.
This class starts February 5th and meets every two weeks from 6-7pm on the following dates:
February 5th - Introduction and Primary Fermentation
February 19th - Secondary Fermentation
March 5th - Stabilizing and Clearing Wine
March 19th - Graduation! Bottling and Labeling Wine
Price is $159 per participant.
Space is limited to 12 people.
