Woman Intoxicated During Accident at Corner of Groton and Dunstable

Friday, Sept. 7
9:31 p.m. - A 17-year-old from Chelmsford was arrested on charges of alleged disorderly conduct.

Aug. 2, 12:27 p.m. - Police were dispatched to Fletcher's Quarry after a foreman there complained of a tresspasser.
According to the foreman, the trespasser was a man who was part of a court-ordered liquidation team that was authorized to take assets from the property as needed until November 2011.
However, this man kept on coming and taking items off the lot after that date and the foreman said he had requested a no tresspassing order for the man.
Officers on the call said the foreman should send a copy of the no tresspassing order to the station when it becomes available, and that the man would not be allowed on the property again without another court order and proper OSHA protective equipment.
Aug. 25, 12:17 a.m. - A Honda Odyssey rolled over just after midnight near the corner of Dunstable and Groton roads.
According to reports, the vehicle rolled approximately 75 feet and hit a telephone pole, splitting it in half and bringing power lines to the ground.
The woman operating the Honda told police that the accident occuring as she was looking at her phone while waiting for her boyfriend to call back. She had just dropped him off in Pepperell.
According to the woman, the couple shared a Scorpion Bowl and parted with a heated argument.
Although the woman was unable to perform field sobriety tests due to a leg injury, the officer on the call observed that her speech sounded slurred.
The woman was issued citations for alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle to endanger, speed limit violations and marked lane violations.
Her car was later towed.
Aug. 28, 1:47 p.m. - A woman on North Main Street complained to police that her apartment building's dumpster had potentially be privy to illegal dumping.
Officers contacted the landlord and were told that a friend of the landlord had put some trash into the dumpster left over from a yard sale.
