Westford Officials Help With Carlisle Fire
Excerpts from the Westford Fire Department log for the week of Sept. 17 to 24.
Monday, Sept. 17
8:56 a.m. - Firefighters investigated a fire alarm at Westford Academy.
2:06 p.m. - Five engines and two support vehicles were dispatched to reports of smoke inside a building on Hemlock Road.
Wednesday, Sept. 19
2:10 a.m. - Paramedics responded to a motor vehicle accident on Acton Road, but no further transport was required for injured parties.
Thursday, Sept. 20
7:01 a.m. - A fire alarm went off at Abbot Mills.
Saturday, Sept. 22
11:46 a.m. - Westford first responders aided in an out-of-town fire on River Road in Carlisle.
