Folks who attended today's Regatta had a blast.

Westford and Littleton crew team members, families and friends came together today at Forge Pond to celebrate their 3rd annual Forge Pond Fun Regatta.

Crew team members and coaches explained and demonstrated how to row and provided participants with an opportunity to practice and fine-tune their rowing technique on ergs (dry land rowing exercise machines) prior to the launch and race of their 8 person shells.  Two experienced crew members and coxswain were  part of each 8 person rowing shell and provided on-the-water guidance to help each boat’s 6 participants during their adventure.

In addition to learning how to row, there was a cookout, kids activities and live music.
