PHOTOS: "Meat" and Greet for Westford-Littleton Crew
A packed VFW hall helped Westford's crew team raise $3,000 through games relating with meat and non-meat prizes in Saturday's first ever "Meat Bowl."
The Westford-Littleton Crew team raised money by hosting the 'Meat Bowl I' at the Veterans of Foreign Wars hall in Westford on Saturday, January 29th. Two dozen parent volunteers helped out, and around 100 people came to participate and socialize.
18 different prizes were given for the card games, ranging from bacon and eggs, to $75 of meat from Meat Again, to two all day lift tickets to Nashoba Valley Ski Area.
The crew team is trying to raise money for new boats raising approximately $3,000 by the end of the night.
