Nov. 20, 10:30 a.m. - A graduate student at Nashoba Tech reached out to an officer on duty saying that an older gentleman with grey hair and a colored shirt made inappripriate remarks about her yoga pants at Dunkin' Donuts on Littleton Road.
At first, the student believed that the man was just making small talk, but indicated that it eventually became "creepy."
The student also indicated that the man was a regular at Dunkin' Donuts and while he did not make any further inappropriate comments to her, she had heard him comment about other girls in the store.
The officer arrived at Dunkin' Donuts the next day and later that week, but could not find anyone fitting the description until Nov. 30.
On that date, the officer asked the man if he made those comments, and confirmed that he did, saying that he did not think they were inappropriate.
At this point the officer told him he had recieved complaints about his behavior, and further comments could result in a no trespassing order and a criminal complaint, to which he allegedly understood.
