North Chelmsford Man Faces Fourth OUI Charge

The following are entries from the Westford Police log for July 2 and 3.

Monday, July 2
10:34 a.m. - A lost child was found on Loon Way. No further information was available on the log.
7:41 p.m. - Stanley Leonard, 60, 160 Tyngsboro Rd. in North Chelmsford, was arrested on Nabnasset Street for alleged marked lane violations and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.
According to the log, this is Leonard's fourth OUI.
If found guilty, the minimum penalty for a fourth OUI offense is a $1,000 fine, one year in prison and a 10 year license suspension.
Tuesday, July 3
10:24 p.m. - A suspicious vehicle was sighted on Groton Road.

Was down at the courthouse in Ayer today, according to the statement of facts, he veered beyond the white and yellow lines a few times, said he had a few drinks but did not say how many, failed sobriety tests and was not hostile throughout the process.
