Nashoba Valley Technical High School's in-school restaurant, the Elegant Chef, recently reopened its doors for the 2011-2012 school year while also welcoming new chef-instructor Fran Zentgraf.
Zentgraf arrives from Keefe Technical High School in Framingham, where he taught for 17 years.
The Elegant Chef is open to the public from 11:30 a.m to 1 p.m. on Tuesdays through Fridays when school is in session.
Reservations are not necessary and for the month of September, the restaurant is offering free appetizers.
