Why Go: This is a play for folks that like peas and beds and overall shenanigans. $10 for adults, $5 for students and seniors.

Where: Heart Pond Parking Lot in Chelmsford near the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail
When: Friday, Feb. 10, 7 p.m.
Why Go: Because hiking is more fun when it is sponsored by Lowell General Hospital.

What: Westford Winter Farmers' Market
Where: Eric's
When: Saturday, Feb. 11, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Why Go: This week marks the end of the Market's straw poll, with plenty of prizes on the line for those who pick the top vendors.
