Shots Fired By Alleged Hunter Near Stony Brook School in October

Monday, Dec. 10
11:50 a.m. - Michael Shawn Mulligan, 45, of 6 Simone St. in Pepperell was arrested on an outstanding warrant not specified in the log.
Saturday, Dec. 16
6:32 p.m. - Justin Anthony Drees, 22, 186 Main St. in Chelmsford, was arrested on charges of alleged number plate violations, operation of a motor vehicle on a suspended registration and operation of an uninsured vehicle.
Sept. 30, 1:55 p.m. - An employee at Westford Auto Sales informed police that an unregistered car had been stolen from the lot sometime between 6 p.m. on the 29th and 1 p.m. on the 30th.
Described as a 2006 blue Mitsubishi Evo, the value of the car was approximately $23,000.
Oct. 27, 3:22 p.m. - A parent was watching his son's flag football game at the Stony Brook School when he allegedly heard three gunshots go off behind the fields off in the distance.
Police officers responded to the parent over the phone, inidicating that several calls had been received due to hunters in the area and that they would come investigate.
Between calling the police and contact with the officer, the parent indicated that he did not hear any further gun shots, and the officer also did not hear any gun shots in the area while he was at the school.
The officer checked Beacon Street for the possible hunter, with no results.
Nov. 2, 7:16 p.m. - There were reports of a dog barking loudly on Rebecca Lane. The owner of the dog apologized, stating he could not hear the dog due to the fact that he was in his basement, and had forgotten that the dog had been placed outside.
