Follow Up

Sept. 28, 5:13 p.m. - Two officers were dispatched to the Ninety Nine Restaurant for reports of an alleged blue minivan with New Hampshire plates that had been reported as driving erratically by Massachusetts State Police on I-495 southbound.

Upon arriving at the restaurant's parking lot, the officers found the vehicle and believed it had been sitting there for an extended period.

The owner of the vehicle had a Massachusetts driver's license, but a search of the area inside and outside and nearby the Ninety Nine proved fruitless when it came to locating the driver.
