5 Things You Need to Know Today in Westford: May 20
From Nabnasset to Forge Village, here are your Five Things for today in Westford.
7 Westford residents ran the 2012 Tough Mudder on Mount Snow May 6th. The “Mudder” is an extreme event with 25 obstacles spread out over 10.5 miles put together by the British Special Forces and all of the proceeds is to support the “Wounded Warrior Project” for our Veterans. There has been over $3,000,000 raised! Pictured above are Chris Clark, Rob Prendergast, Chris Smith, Mike Gross, Dave Sullivan, Kevin Webb and Donny Aiken. Rich Accabo not pictured. This Team will be running this event next year as well in honor of our veterans.

Hello Westford! Here are your Five Things for today: Sunday, May 20.
#1. Down to Five: The Middlesex County District Attorney's office has named Nashoba Valley Technical High School's "Flash Forward" as one of the five finalists in its 2012 PSA contest.
#2. Info from the Robinson School: The kindergarten field trip to Westford Academy is on May 25, and informal coffee will be held on May 23 at 9:30.
#3. Lost Dog: A dog was reported lost near Kirsi Circle on May 17. She goes by the name of Annie, she is a poodle mix and is very timid. Please call 978-758-9235 or 978-866-1476.
#4. Down at the Stony Brook School: All library books are due by June 1.
#5. Picture of the Day: Recently Westford resident Dana Barisano and his team (pictured) participated in the Tough Mudder race to support the Wounded Warrior Project.
