The photo of the eagle is spectacular. When I was in grade school, our teacher told us the eagles would be gone by the time we were adults. It took a lot of work to end DDT and programs to help these majestic creatures. Seeing one as an adult reminds me of how lucky we are that they were saved from potential extinction.
