America’s Boating Course The United States Power Squadrons primary civic effort toward public instruction in the fundamentals of safe boating.  This program is designed to familiarize the student with the fundamentals of safe boating and quality for certification in most states that require boating education before operating a watercraft.  Jan. 15 to Feb. 12, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.  $88/$85 for residents.
