2012 Town Meeting: Looking at Saturday and Monday

We provide a look back at what happened on Saturday as well as what's left on Monday night at 7 p.m.

 

Here's the overview of the Westford 2012 Annual Town Meeting on Saturday.

The meeting was adjourned halfway though and will continue on Monday night at 7 p.m.

  • There are two resolutions relating to the Fall 2012 Special Town Meeting that passed: a motion prohibiting Board of Selectmen from eliminating recycling programs and/or instituting a trash fee. (debate occurred between Article 3/4 and 5) that will be voted upon then, and a request to provide a plan to break even more quickly on the Ambulance Enterprise fund, currently expected to break even by FY '19 (during Article 10)
