Westford residents are Nashoba Tech Athletes of the Month

            WESTFORD — Westford residents Ellen Horan and Bradley Medlin have been named January’s Athletes of the Month at Nashoba Valley Technical High School.

            Ellen, daughter of Phil and Brenda Horan, is a junior two-season cheerleader. She is a high-honors student in the Dental Assisting program.

            As a sophomore, Ellen was selected to attend the Commonwealth Athletic League’s Sportsmanship Summit. She is a Kick-Off Mentor, helping incoming freshmen make a smooth transition into high school. She was inducted into the National Honor Society as a sophomore.

            Bradley Medlin, son of Wayne and Linda Medlin, is a senior center for the hockey team. He also plays lacrosse in the spring. Bradley is a high-honors student in the Culinary Arts program. As a junior, he was a Kick-Off Mentor, helping incoming freshmen make a smooth transition into high school.

            Bradley plans to attend Johnson & Wales University in the fall to study Culinary Arts and Food Service Management.
