The Westford Health Dept. will sponsor the following flu/pneumonia clinics on the dates, times, and locations below.  **Please note that because of limited pediatric vaccine, we request that those under the age of 36 months receive their vaccine from their MD if possible.  All children under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent at all clinics.  State supply of vaccine has been greatly reduced so clinics will be held until vaccine is depleted.  Please bring insurance information to the clinic as the town can seek reimbursement from insurance carriers.

*Homebound individuals:  Those who require a home visit should contact the Health Dept. to schedule an appt.

*School-based flu Clinics:   Only nasal spray vaccine will be offered at all Westford Public School students during school hours.  Watch for details of this program to be sent via emails to parents from the WPS Superintendent's email, the WPS Billboard listserv, and the Westford Health Dept. listserv.
